Antibiotics: To eliminate H. pylori bacteria, which cause most stomach ulcers. you should try ranitidine 150mg
Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs): To reduce stomach acid and promote healing.
Antacids: To neutralize stomach acid and provide quick relief.
Treatment Duration:
Antibiotics: 7-14 days
PPIs: 4-8 weeks
Antacids: As needed for symptom relief

Lifestyle Changes:
Avoid NSAIDs: Stop taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen or aspirin.

Reduce stress: Stress can exacerbate ulcers; practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation or deep breathing.

Eat smaller meals: Avoid heavy meals and eat smaller, more frequent meals.
Avoid spicy/acidic foods: Avoid foods that irritate the stomach, such as citrus fruits or spicy dishes.

Consult a Healthcare Professional:
It's essential to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. They may recommend endoscopy or other tests to confirm the ulcer and rule out other conditions.
